I have found that when I concentrate on the consumer that I sell homes… which gets the bills paid. But I'm just a sales guy.

Great post. We definitely adhere to the Consumer Centric model. I'm amazed at how many agents hear the agent centric model from brokers and believe that it is all about them.
If you are not putting your clients first….it is just a matter of time before you will be looking for a new career.
