		<description>Along with the suggestions above drop the interest rate back in the 4&#039;s%.  This along with the $15,000 tax credit and allowing mortgage lender ability to loan with 30-40% down to foreign nationals would stimulate the housing market + eleviate some foreclosures.</description>
